How does the counter system work?

It's highly individual – it depends on the place and purpose of use. The easiest way is to use our counter configurator: select width, height, ball size, and extensions, see the result in 3D, and get the price live. Please check the configuration before ordering – or ask us briefly.

What materials do you use for manufacturing?

Depending on the product: The turned parts (e.g., spring bolts and bay rollers) are made of stainless steel (1.4301), and the counter brackets are made of high-quality aluminum – both CNC-turned with tolerances up to ± 0.02 mm. The aluminum can be anodized in silver, black, blue, red, or green upon request.

How long does shipping take?

Usually 3–5 business days from stock. For orders over €200, we deliver free of charge within Germany.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. For larger quantities and special parts, we have our own B2B section with individual offers.
